TANAGOKORO (knickknack on the palm of your hand)

Edo from Meiji piriod Netsuke

RYUDO signed Chinese diorama netsuke

Several people are engraved in small netsuke, some of them seem to be enjoying go. I think that it is a dish which reproduced the world of the mountain water painting which is the theme of the hanging scroll with netsuke.

There is no document about the author named Ryuudo, but since there are multiple authors of the sculptural name starting from the character of the dragon, it may be someone's disciple or a master.

Price is Japanese Yen 180000
